Job Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with Amazon's overall marketing goals. You will drive engagement and growth across various platforms, collaborate with multiple departments, and analyze performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Create and curate compelling content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with our online community.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to enhance future efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging social media platforms.
- Act as the brand ambassador for Amazon on social media and foster a positive online community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven experience with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
